Cellists for Cheer

Cellists for Cheer is our yearly holiday outreach performance. We always play some old standards and new festive tunes for a community audience. Past performances have been at Clairmont Oaks, Briarcliff Oaks, St. Anne’s Terrace, Northlake Gardens, The Mansions at Decatur, and Sunrise Senior Living.

Here are the details about this year’s ensemble:

Who can join: Any cello student from Twinkle to Concertos!

What we do: We perform favorite holiday tunes for community audiences and it’s always a jolly time.

When and Where:

Rehearsal #1: First Baptist Decatur, Friday December 5th, 5:30-7

Rehearsal #2: First Baptist Decatur, Friday December 12th, 5:30-7

Concert #1: Emory University Hospital, Tuesday December 16th, 6:30-7:30

Concert #2: Briarcliff Oaks, Friday December 19th, 5-6

Tuition: $150 per student
